Starter for Sephiroth
Near the edge of a forest, a violent tornado suddenly forms from nothing. The phenomenon ends, and Goenitz is left standing in that spot, blue eyes glancing around as if he were looking for something.
He spots another man in the distance by the cliffside, calmly approaching with heavy footsteps. A dangerous smirk graces his lips, finally deciding to speak.
"Just as the rumors stated, you are a difficult man to find."

"U-Ungh...!"

The blade pulled out, littering the ground with crimson droplets once the kick sent him back a good several feet.
no subject
"You are quite formidable indeed, Sephiroth... Not many can harm a mere hair on my head, let alone this..."
With a wave of his free hand, a tornado spawns from the ground to aim at the swordsman!
no subject
The vortex of the tornado would pull him off his feet before he could react, his blade up in a more defensive manner now
no subject
"Hahahaha! Show me how you'll defend against this, Sephiroth!"
Debris caught in the tornado flies around them both, making the winds much more dangerous than they would be on their own.

He'd battle against the winds and the ripped up debris to vanish and gain some semblance of proximity to the other man to bring his blade overhead.
Bloodied feathers scattered around and whipping about.

"I knew you were no ordinary man..."
no subject
His coat in tatters, wing and hair heavily disheveled.
no subject
"You've exceeded my expectations, Sephiroth. Thank you."
The surrounding winds begin to die down, and Goenitz floats towards the ground before crouching slightly. He clearly had taken more damage than he was expecting.
no subject
Something he's rather...unaccustomed to in this day and age.
no subject
"You've spilled nearly as much blood as I have, yet you seem completely unbothered... A true soldier to the core, Sephiroth. I commend you."
no subject
"Hmph..." a low exhale, placing his blade back in its sheath.
no subject
He grins.
no subject
He brushes his long hair back and utters a slow breath.
πΎπππ πππππ ππ ππππ...
Sephiroth would give a small nod none the less. "You do have a convincing argument" a faint smirk in referring to the battle they had.
no subject
Goenitz smirks in return.
"Thank you for your kind words, Sephiroth. Watching you fight is quite the spectacle."

Goenitz clears his throat, attempting to remain somewhat proper despite the damage he's taken.
"I'd like to learn more about you. Such as where you learned to fight and the source of such power... Perhaps over dinner?"
no subject
He'd be taken back some. The other man still rather forward...which he appreciated.
A hand raised to cast cura over the both of them. Although he was regenerating already, this hastened it some. Both men temporarily glowing before the spell dissipated
no subject
"Here I was assuming that I was testing you... You were never in any danger, were you?"
no subject
"Something like that" a blunt statement before he stepped forward, long hair billowing about his form before resting behind his shoulder.
no subject
"I'm becoming quite fascinated by you, Sephiroth. I look forward to learning more about you. Shall we?"
He gives a formal bow.

He surrounds himself with a tornado as they walk, the winds soon dissipating to reveal fully repaired robes. He resumes walking to keep pace with Sephiroth.
no subject
Not many had information on him. Several saying he had perished.
no subject
Goenitz closes his eyes as they walk, opening them afterwards to look towards Sephiroth.
"Asking a few of the locals under the guise of following a soul I wished to 'save' made tracking you down a simple task. Once I began to sense your overwhelming power, I knew I was close."
